  • Not possible to overdose on Vitamin C, but megadoses may have some adverse affects including kidney stones. A megadose is considered to be 200 mg to 2 grams per day, but I have witnessed the safe intake of 25,000 to 50,000 mg of Vitamin C at one sitting with no adverse side effects
