Vitamin D is fat-soluble. It comes in the form of D2 or D3. Vitamin D is either of the two.

    • Aiding in Calcium Absorption. 
    • Parathyroid Levels
    • Immune System
    • Tuberculosis
    • HIV
    • Flu
    • Cancer
    • Heart Disease
    • Mortality
    • Phosphate Levels in Blood
    • Preventing Falls in Older People
    • Warts 
    • Bronchitis
    • Vaginal Atrophy
    • Other Diseases 
  • You can overdose on Vitamin D. Adults should not use more than 50,000 IU a day for prolonged periods. You should research your own healthy dosage. Overdosage can cause kidney problems and vomiting.
  • Vitamin D can be purchased in most any store where vitamins can be purchased.
